The country is the one you entered when ordering on the store. We can't change it.

Make sure we're not ending to your junk mailbox. If not, make sure your email is correct, we send the email to the same email you are using to log into your account on Anazys Store. So try to login to see if it's working.

You can connect to the backend of Anazys Portal from the homepage using the login of the admin user for Anazys Portal. The default login/password is admin/admin.
How do I update Anazys Portal
When you'll connect to the backend using the admin user, you'll get a notification if an update is available.
Can Anazys Portal access multiple Podcast producer 2 Libraries
Yes, Anazys Portal can connect and aggregate multiple Podcast Producer 2 Libraries.
How long does it take for Anazys Portal to get new content added to a Podcast Library
Anazys Portal automatically check Podcast Producer 2 Libraries every hour. You can also update whenever you want manually from the backend.
What happens if I remove a library from Anazys Portal
Removing a library in Anazys Portal removes all the medias, comments, rating related to this library from Anazys Portal.
It doesn't remove anything from your Podcast Producer Library.
Can I change the logo on Anazys Portal
You can change the logo on a licensed version of Anazys Portal directly in the backend.
I need to reinstall my server, what should I do
Before renstalling your server, you should unlicensed Anazys Portal using the option in the backend. This will ensure your serial number will be available when you'll reinstall.
Formatting your hard drive will erase Anazys Portal data (comments, ratings,...).
There is no migration tool available for now.
Does Anazys Portal drain a lot of bandwidth
Anazys Portal is actually as smart as possible regarding bandwidth usage while maintaining efficient data freshness. It actually indexes and caches most of the information it needs for browsing and searching. The actual content is only accessed once by Anazys Portal directly.
How long Anazys Portal need to be updated with the Podcast Producer 2 libraries content
Anazys Portal is requesting the atom feed every hour to check for updates, so it takes about the same time to be able to browse, search and access this content through Anazys Portal.
Can I move the website folder after installation
Moving the website folder after installation is only covered under the 12-month and 24-month Maintenance Program and has to be done by our team.

Only the following settings in Server Admin can be change:
-General > IP Address
-General > Port
-General > Error Document
-General > Administrator Email
-Logging > All settings
-Aliases >
Changing any other settings isn't supported and not covered under the Maintenance Programs.
What ports in the firewall need to be open for Anazys Portal to work
Anazys Portal doesn't require any special port to be opened. You may check for port 80 in case Anazys Portal is the only configured website on the server.
Can I have my webserver documents in another volume (like Xsan)
Yes. As long as your setup work with Mac OS X Server 10.6 Snow Leopard, specifically Web services, Anazys Portal should work. You need to setup all this before actually running the installer.
Can I have more than one Anazys Portal on a single Mac OS X Server 10.6 Snow Leopard
No. Only one Anazys Portal can run on a Mac OS X Server 10.6 Snow Leopard. You may run multiple Mac OS X Server on a single hardware server through virtualization (if the operating system license allows it), in this case you'll be able to install one Anazys Portal per Mac OS X Server 10.6 operating system. Each install requires a separate license.
Does Anazys Portal require Internet access
When running in demo mode, Anazys Portal doesn't require Internet Access.
You'll need Internet Access on the Mac OS X Server 10.6 Snow Leopard you are installing onto to activate your license, to install the demo library, and other features.
Basically you can tryout Anazys Portal without Internet Access as long as you have network access to Podcast Producer 2 libraries. To fully use Anazys Portal in a production environment you will need Internet access (fee may applies).
Can Anazys Portal connect to remote Podcast Producer 2 Libraries
Yes. As long as the Mac OS X Server 10.6 Snow Leopard Anazys Portal is installed onto has access to these libraries, Anazys Portal should be able to connect and index them.
What are the limitations of Anazys Portal in demo mode
Anazys Portal in demo mode will work as the licensed one until 30 items from the Podcast Producer 2 libraries are indexed. When the 30 items limit is reached, you can still use Anazys Portal and all its features except it won't update or add any other content.
How does Anazys Portal handle users
Anazys Portal request authentication through Directory Services which mean it basically acts like any other built-in software. The only exception is the Anazys Portal administrator user, before requesting the Directory Service, it checks if the user is the administrator. This means that if the administrator has the same login as a Directory user, it will hide it. You should update the Anazys Portal administrator user to make sure it won't interfere with a Directory user.
