Since the creation of Anazys in 2002, we've been trying to make pages describing our work and expertise...we ended up being a secret company.
With the release of Anazys Portal, we had to expose ourselves a little more, at least to allow people to buy Anazys Portal in fact.
And with quite a few additional products and services planned for 2010, we finally had to take some time to work on this basic, yet efficient, website.
Even if it would take quite some time to tell you who we are and what we do, we will try to summarize some of the key elements that describe Anazys.
Our main job is custom development, so we are a service provider. Thanks to the last 7 years, we've been able to capitalize our skills and knowledge and start working on product and services for the rest of us.
This means that we are starting to provide packaged products and services, with ease and affordable prices.
Starting with Anazys Portal, we'll be adding products and services throughout 2010 to our Store.
There are many ways of doing business. When Anazys was founded in 2002, we decided to provide value-added services through custom development. Simply because we believe that using a generic product or service can't provide a competitive advantage. In addition to the real usage of such product or service, custom development is always more cost effective than generic solutions, because the real cost isn't the software (or the hardware) but the people who will be using it.
Providing products and services for the rest of us doesn't mean we'll be doing anything for anyone. We are developing products and services specific to some markets, needs, technologies, ...
As a professional service company, we are always thinking in the long run for our customers, that means we back our products and services...the easiest way of explaining this is to say that you are our customer because you use our products and services, not because you bought it.
This could have been in the philosophy part, but it's so important for us that it gets its own bullet.
Doing a good job is good for us, good for our customer and cost-effective. Our customers are our best sales representatives, so their satisfaction is above everything else.
Our customer support is done by the same people that works on the project. Some people believe that an engineer is too expensive for customer support, we think providing the correct answer and support in a timely manner is priceless.
